A competency-based training program designed for RF Engineers. This approach allows the engineers to identify any skill gaps using a self-evaluation survey. Results of the survey are then used to create an individual learning plan to prepare for a hands-on exam. Recognition is in the form of badges. Competencies are tied directly to KPIs. Primary advantages are the content is customized to the needs of the learner, and organization skill gaps are identified and addressed in a transparent manner.
